Cookie Policy
TEA Software Inc. · Effective: August 17, 2026 · Last updated: August 17, 2026
1. What this policy covers
Cookies are small text files placed on your browser or device when you visit a website. This Cookie Policy explains how TEA Software Inc. ("TEA," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on teasoftware.io (the "Site") and the TEA platform, and the choices available to you. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Our approach: minimal by design
We keep cookie use to the minimum needed to run a secure website and platform:
- Essential cookies. Cookies on the Site exist to route your requests, protect against spam and malicious traffic, and — on the TEA platform — keep authorized users securely signed in.
- Functional preference cookies on the platform. The TEA platform sets a small number of cookies in response to choices you make, such as switching to dark mode or reusing a recent sign-in, so the interface remembers your preferences.
- Cookieless analytics. Website measurement uses a privacy-focused analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track individuals across sites.
- No advertising cookies. We do not use advertising, targeting, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not place third-party ad pixels on the Site.
- No sale of cookie data. We do not sell or share information collected through cookies.
Because our cookies are strictly necessary or set in response to your own choices, applicable law does not generally require opt-in consent for them. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example, richer analytics or marketing cookies), we will update this policy first and request consent where required before setting them.

5. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working and will prevent sign-in to the TEA platform; blocking functional cookies only means the platform will not remember your preferences. To learn more about cookies generally, including how to manage them in your browser, you can visit allaboutcookies.org.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if the technologies we use change. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent revision, and material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
