Sub-processor List

TEA Software Inc. · Last updated: August 17, 2026

About this list

TEA Software Inc. ("TEA") engages a small number of third-party providers ("sub-processors") to help deliver, secure, and support its website and Services. A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data contained in Customer Data on TEA's behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Addendum.

TEA enters into written agreements with each sub-processor that impose data-protection obligations no less protective than those TEA owes its customers, and TEA remains responsible for its sub-processors' performance.

Partners that are not sub-processors

Licensed financial-services providers — including banking, stablecoin, card-issuing, exchange, and on/off-ramp partners — act as independent controllers of the information you provide to them when you enroll in those features. They are not sub-processors of TEA and are described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to this list

TEA will update this page at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins processing Customer Data, except where a shorter period is reasonably necessary (for example, to address a security risk or a vendor's discontinuation of service), in which case TEA will provide notice as soon as reasonably practicable.

Customers may subscribe to change notifications, or raise a reasonable, good-faith data-protection objection to a new sub-processor, by emailing legal@teasoftware.io.
